Enjoy a private meet-and-greet with SantaPaws, festive dog photos, a delicious breakfast from our Winter Breakfast Menu, our Best Dressed Pooch Award, a Puppuccino Bar and a festive Woodland Trail Walk filled with surprises.
With festive fun for both two-legged and four-legged guests, it’s a tail-wagging Christmas experience you won’t want to miss!

Get into the festive spirit at our Christmas Wreath Making Workshop at The Hart. Enjoy a festive drink as you create your own beautiful 12-inch wreath using locally foraged foliage, dried fruit, cinnamon, pinecones and ribbons.
Our expert tutor will guide you through every step, from selecting the perfect greenery to adding those final festive touches, creating a wreath designed to last throughout the season.
When is the Christmas at The Hart menu available?
Our Christmas menu is available from 12pm Tuesday to Saturday, and on Sundays until 1pm.
How much does the Christmas menu cost?
Our festive main courses cost £19.50 each. Choose from crispy roasted pork belly, turkey wrapped in bacon with sausage stuffing, or a vegetarian mushroom, brie and cranberry Wellington. Each comes with garlic and rosemary roast potatoes, creamy mash, honey-glazed carrots and parsnips, red cabbage and stuffing.
Can I book a table for a Christmas meal?
Yes, we welcome table bookings for up to 8 people to enjoy our Christmas menu.

Are vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available?
Yes. Our menus include vegetarian choices such as veggie quarter-pounders, mac and cheese bites and brie wedges. The party menu also marks the garlic and rosemary roast potatoes as vegan and gluten-free, and the optional chocolate brownie as vegan and gluten-free. Please discuss dietary requirements and allergies with our team before booking or ordering.
How much does a Christmas party at Whitetail cost?
Our exclusive Christmas party package costs £29.95 per person for a minimum of 25 guests. The price includes venue hire, a festive buffet and an arrival drink.
How many guests can Whitetail accommodate?
Whitetail comfortably seats up to 36 guests or accommodates up to 50 guests for a standing celebration. Our Christmas party package is available for groups of 25 or more.
What’s included in the Christmas party buffet?
Our festive buffet includes:
- Crusty pulled pork cobs with apple sauce and crackling, or veggie quarter-pounders with apple sauce.
- Pigs in blankets with honey mustard, or mac and cheese bites.
- Brie wedges with cranberry sauce.
- Garlic and rosemary roast potatoes.
- Sage and onion stuffing balls.

Can we ad
Can we add pizza or dessert to our party package?
Yes! Add sharing pizza slices for £5 per person, with a choice of two pizzas for your group. Options include BBQ Chicken, Pepperoni + Hot Honey, Margherita, Chorizo & Red Pepper and Mediterranean Vegetable.

Can we upgrade our Christmas party?
Yes. Upgrades include adding a DJ, adding a bar tab or upgrading to our premium buffet. Please ask about the options and pricing when making your booking.
Is a deposit required for Christmas parties?
A £10 deposit per guest is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 10 days before your party.
